Q. What should I wear/take with me?
A. For all sessions you should ensure you wear comfortable clothing that allows for a free range of movement. You should also ensure you have water with you whether indoors or out. For outdoor sessions, particularly during the colder months, it is a good idea to wear plenty of layers, a hat, gloves and a waterproof where necessary. It is easy to take layers off but not so easy to put them on if you don't have them with you. Remember there is no such thing as bad weather just inappropriate clothing!
