Who is it for?
Young Sports Stars Boot Camps are designed for youngsters who excel at their chosen sport, no matter what that sport maybe. As long as you have a desire to work hard, improve your fitness and have FUN this is for you!! We will be running sessions for two age groups as below:
Group 1 - Years of Birth 2000 - 2003
Group 2 - Years of Birth 1999 and earlier
When is it?
Every Wednesday
Group 1 - 4.00pm - 5.00pm
Group 2 - 5.00pm - 6.00pm
Information For All Boot Camps
Where are they held?
All the sessions will be in King George V Park, Banchory. Meeting point is at the childrens monkey bars.
The Alford Miss Fit Boot Camp is held in Haughton Park, next to the childrens play area.

How much do they cost?
Each session will cost £5.
Other Information
Please download the information/consent form below and return to us at the address at the bottom of the form. No training will be given to those who have not returned a completed form. Once we have your form you can book your place each week by texting/phoning/emailing us by 5pm the day before the session. This allows us to appropriately plan the sessions and ensure appropriate numbers.
To ensure a safe environment and that all exercise is appropriately monitored there will be no more than 12 athletes per group per session.
All sessions will run outside regardless of weather - remember there's no such thing as bad weather just inappropriate clothing, so if it looks like it may rain take a waterproof.
Please remember to bring a water bottle with you, dehydration can effect performance massively so it's really important to stay hydrated.
