Banana, Walnut and Sultana Cake

Ingredients

2 eggs
1 tsp bicarbonate of soda
120ml melted butter
250 grams of almond flour
Pinch of sea (we prefer Celtic Sea Salt or Pink Himalayan Salt)
2-3 ripe/over ripe bananas
150 grams crushed walnuts
1 handful of sultanas

Step 1:

Begin by preheating your oven to 170 degrees celsius and grease or line a loaf tin

Step 2:

Pour all of almond flour in a mixing bowl.
Add the bicarbonate of soda
Add the pinch of sea salt...

Step 3:

Grab another mixing bowl
Whisk the eggs
Add the melted butter...

Step 4:


Mash up the bananas and then add them to the eggs and butter mix
Add the crushed walnuts...

Step 5:

Stir it well and mix into the bowl with the almond flour
Add the sultanas and mix
Pour the mixture into the loaf tin
Place in oven and bake for about 45 minutes or more
(do the toothpick test)

Step 6:

Let cool
Eat, but not all at once!
